As luck would have it a new 24 hour budget chain gym complete with a large free weight area, 5 minutes from my house was announced and would open in a couple of months. ll It’s true, my approach at the start was a bit shaky, my attendence at the gym a bit sporadic. I wondered if anyone notice I didn’t exactly know what I was doing with the weights. I felt if I was going to make this really happen I needed someone who I could ask questions and get beginners advice from and maybe even train with on the odd occassion. Who better then the bodybuilder at work after all, he was the only bodybuilder I know.
